The Court of Justice received Master 1 students in Fundamental Private Law from the University of Saint Thomas Aquinas in Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso) on an educational visit on Wednesday, June 12, 2004.
The information session led by Judge Jules Chabi MOUKA, with Judge Gayakoye SABI ABDOURAHAMANE, Me Hamidou YAMEOGO, Deputy Clerk, Ervé DABONNE, Auditor at his side, allowed the students to leave better informed about procedural law and community competition.
This visit coincides with the public hearing of the Court.
