The Court of Justice received visiting students from the New Dawn University

On April 24, 2024, the courtroom of the Court of Justice was the setting for an information session for first and second year law students from the Université Aube Nouvelle de Ouagadougou (Burkina Faso), visiting the Court. During this session led by Judge Jules Chabi MOUKA, with Advocate General Mr. Kalifa BAGUE and Mr. Boubacar Taweye MAIDANDA at his side, these students were briefed on the institutional framework of UEMOA, the powers of the UEMOA Court of Justice and the procedures before it. The discussions that followed allowed the visitors to leave better informed about the Court of Justice and UEMOA.
